A low-barrier social compass for Kassel: municipal events, community activities and counselling services on one map and in filterable lists, savable into a personal library that doubles as a calendar. Three independent data pipelines (daily scraper, Nominatim geocoding backfill, CSV partner import) feed one unified read API, plus a guest-usable chatbot with structural guardrails against hallucinated recommendations.
